Sue oversees all Signant's legal and compliance activities. Sue brings a wealth of experience to this role. She joins us from a financial regulator where she was Chief Administrative Officer and prior to that Chief Risk Officer. She has also performed General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer roles in many diverse complex industries at both public and private companies. Prior to her in-house roles, Sue spent four years as an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Sue has a law degree from Harvard Law School and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University.
