Nancy F. Lerner's Biography

Ms. Lerner, the daughter of the late Alfred Lerner, was elected in December 2002 by the Trustees to fill the Trustee position formerly occupied by Mr. Lerner, the Trust's former Chairman. Ms. Lerner is an attorney and former Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Cleveland, Ohio. Since May 1999, she has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the MBNA Foundation, as well as serving on the MBNA Cleveland Grants Committee. Ms. Lerner also has served on the Board of Trustees of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation since January 2003.
