Mark Lerner's Biography

Mr. Lerner, age 64, joined Bally in December 1996 as Assistant General Counsel and was appointed General Counsel in 2000. Mr. Lerner has practiced law since 1980. Over the course of his career, Mr. Lerner has served as a deputy attorney general for the Nevada Gaming Commission and State of Nevada Gaming Control Board, general counsel to Becker Gaming, Inc., a Las Vegas gaming company, and, from 1987 to 1994, an attorney at Jones, Jones, Close & Brown, a Las Vegas commercial and litigation law firm. Mr. Lerner is an officer of the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers.
