Konrad Fellmann is vice president and chief information security officer (CISO) of Cubic Corporation. He leads the cyber security program for the corporation to ensure compliance with regulatory security requirements and to maintain the cyber resilience of the organization, its system, products and networks.Fellmann joined Cubic in 2012 as the worldwide director of information security at Cubic Transportation Systems (CTS). He established and managed security and compliance for CTS' commercial programs. He also developed and implemented global information security policies, standards and procedures to support production operations throughout the organization. Fellmann oversaw the security team's operations which included vulnerability management, risk management, incident response, monitoring and external audit activities.Prior to Cubic, Fellmann served in several security roles at companies such as IBM, Unisys and WebMD where he provided security consulting, assessment and regulatory compliance services, as well as managed physical and information security programs.Fellmann holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Illinois Institute of Technology; master's degree in computer information systems from Boston University; an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management; and a graduate certificate in information systems security from George Mason University. He has also earned several IT certifications and served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
