Kim is co-head of One Goldman Sachs, the firm's initiative to implement a more integrated approach to serving our clients who interact with multiple divisions and areas across the firm. She is also global head of Investment Banking Services, working to drive our client coverage strategy. Kim is a member of the Partnership Committee, Firmwide Client and Business Standards Committee, and Investment Banking Executive Committee. She is also a diversity champion for the Investment Banking Division in the Americas. Previously, Kim was co-chief operating officer of the global Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) Group. Before that, she was head of TMT’s global internet business. Kim joined Goldman Sachs as an associate in 2005, became a vice president in 2008 and was named managing director in 2012 and partner in 2016. Kim serves on the board of The Posse Foundation. Kim earned a BA in History from Yale University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
