Background: Dr. Warner retired in June 2007 from Science Applications International Corporation ("SAIC") where he was a director for 18 years and Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, having begun employment there in 1973. Dr. Warner also served six years as a member of the Board of Trustees for Scripps Health, a $2.5 billion per year San Diego healthcare company. He chaired its Compensation and Human Resources Committee and was a member of its Finance and Investment Committees. He currently serves on the board of directors of TREX Enterprises, a small private defense and homeland security R&D company, where he is a member of the Audit Committee, and ICW Group Holdings, Inc., a private insurance company, where he also serves as a member of the Audit Committee. Qualifications: Dr. Warner's business experience and his public and private company board experience make him a valuable member of the Board.
