Mr. Beecher is a Senior Advisor at Teradyne, and formerly the Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2019 and Treasurer from 2007 to 2019. Greg also serves on the Board of Directors of MKS Instuments,Inc, where he is the Lead Director and Audit Committee Chair. Additionally, he previously served on the Board of Directors of Hittite Microwave, prior to its acquisition by Analog Devices in 2014, and the Board of Directors of MatrixOne, prior to its acquisition by Dassault Systemes in 2006. Prior to joining Teradyne, Greg was a partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). At PwC, he served in the national office and was an Audit Partner, where he offered consulting on complex accounting matters. Over his 18 year public accounting career, he led audits, IPO's, M&A diligence and internal control engagements with numerous technology and financial service companies. Greg received a B.S. from the University of Hartford and an M.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University.
