Graham has extensive technical and digital experience, a focus in user-centric product design, coupled with in-depth knowledge of the e-commerce and digital sectors. He is the founder of Qubit, the leading provider of e-commerce personalisation technology. Prior to founding Qubit, he spent five years working at Google. His most recent role there was as global leader on Google’s strategy for conversion rate improvement. Graham has been working with web technology since 1995, designing and building websites with emergent technology. Current external appointments: Director, Qubit; SVP, Commerce Strategy, Coveo Solutions Inc.
