Frank J. Dellaquila serves as senior executive vice president and chief financial officer of Emerson and is responsible for the company’s global financial strategy and operations. He was appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer in 2009, promoted to executive vice president in 2012, and is a member of Emerson’s Office of the Chief Executive. In his CFO role, Dellaquila has been instrumental in developing a world-class financial leadership team that has navigated the company successfully through economic downturns and business portfolio repositioning. Dellaquila began his career at Emerson in 1991 as vice president and treasurer. In this role, which he held until 2000, he was responsible for capital markets activity, corporate investments, financial risk management and tax. In 2000, he was promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer of Emerson’s $2.5 billion Motors and Appliance Components business. In 2004, he was appointed senior vice president of acquisitions and development, where he led diligence and negotiations for over 50 global acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. He held this role until 2009, when he was named chief financial officer. His community leadership has included Board responsibilities with the American Red Cross, Alzheimer’s Association, National Merit Scholarship Corporation and other not-for-profit organizations. Dellaquila received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Fordham University and a master’s degree in business administration in finance from Columbia University.
