Elizabeth Clark-Polner is Symbotic’s Vice President of Special Projects. Lizzie has also served as Vice President of Data Engineering, Design and Algorithms at Symbotic. She focused on the development of real-time distributed data analysis, core system algorithms for robotic planning and scheduling and novel simulation techniques, including machine learning for optimizing software development. Lizzie was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Yale Law School and, before that, a Fellow at the University of Chicago Center for Decision Research, focused on emotion, perception and decision-making using functional neuroimaging. She serves as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Navy Reserves. Lizzie graduated with a bachelor’s in cognitive science from Yale University and earned her Ph.D. in neuroscience from the University of Geneva. Lizzie was selected to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2017.
