Mr. Leech is the founder and principal of DLJ Advisors, a consulting company. From 1999 to 2011, he was Founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Centra Bank, Inc. and Centra Financial Holdings, Inc., prior to which he was Chief Executive Officer, President of the southeast region, and Chief Operating Officer of Huntington National Bank. Mr. Leech also served on the Board of Directors of United Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: UBSI) from 2011 to 2015.
