Mr. Martin, 54, joined the Company in June 2018 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Titan, Mr. Martin served from 1993 to 2018 in various roles at Aegion Corporation, a global technology/service provider maintaining, protecting and strengthening infrastructure, primarily pipelines, that was listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market, until it was acquired in May 2021. Mr. Martin's roles included Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to November 2017.
