Cynthia Purcell is Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Administration Officer, which includes leading the execution of the Bank’s long-term corporate strategic objectives. Previously, she was Executive Vice President, Retail Banking and Administration and continues to lead community banking, residential lending, digital strategy & channels as well as a number of operational and administrative areas. Purcell is a seasoned banking executive with more than 40 years of experience. Early in her career, she was chief financial officer of a community bank that later merged into Banner. Since joining Banner Bank, Purcell has held significant leadership roles with expanding responsibilities, including oversight of the bank’s branch network as well as most administrative and operations functions. Additionally, she has served in numerous state and national industry leadership roles.
