Blaine MacDougald (London) joined KKR in 2011 and is a Partner and Co-Head of KKR’s Strategic Investments Group. Mr. MacDougald is a portfolio manager for KKR’s Strategic Investments Group funds and portfolios and Special Situations funds and portfolios. He is a member of the Strategic Investments Group Investment Committee, European Direct Lending Investment Committee, Special Situations Investment Committee and KKR Credit Portfolio Management Committee. Mr. MacDougald is also a member of the Selecta Board of Directors. Previously, Mr. MacDougald was Co-Head of Credit Research for KKR Credit in New York and before joining KKR, he was a vice president with the credit opportunities group at D.E. Shaw. Mr. MacDougald began his career at RBC Capital Markets in New York and Toronto. Mr. MacDougald graduated from Queen’s University in Canada and is a CFA Charterholder.
